Located in the 29669 Zip Code and the W Pelzer Elementary, Palmetto Middle, Palmetto High school district per MLS listing.
Over 50 years old and looks really rough. Being sold AS-IS and needs lots of work despite half of the roof being recently replaced.
Also has newer insulated windows but no true bathroom since it is missing the toilet, sink and shower/tub. The pictures show a home that will need thousands of dollars being spent before the home is livable.
Despite selling for only $20,000, I would NOT call this a good deal. There is much more to getting a good deal besides a low price.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 2580 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath house on 0.59 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $435,000 after being on the market for 63 days. Originally hit the market at $450,000.

Very nice lake home home in great location/condition BUT what happens during the next drought is something to consider…
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 2127 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 12.33 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $285,000 after being on the market for 278 days. Originally hit the market at $295,000.
Located in the 29625 Zip Code and the New prospect Elementary, Lakeside Middle, Westside High school district per MLS listing. Home sits off the road and the property has a mix of open pastures and hardwoods including a grove of pecan trees.
Brick ranch built in 1966 that has been remodeled and updated with new roof, walls, flooring. Built in bookcases and fireplace. Carpet and ceramic tile.
2 car attached garage plus a large detached 2 car garage/shop. Central electric heating/cooling. Public water and septic tank.
The property has been inspected BUT is being sold AS-IS. A copy of this inspection is available BUT I would always suggest that buyers pay for an inspection of their own from an inspector of their choice.
The home could be for sale to settle an estate or because the owners are older and are in the hospital or nursing home. A home being sold AS-IS is not always a red flag or problem IF proper inspections are completed.
