It sold for $553,900 after being on the market for 3 days. Originally hit the market at $549,900.

Home built in 2015 per MLS listing. Stone and vinyl siding. Architectural shingle roof. 3 car detached garage. Electric heat and central forced AC. Large rear deck and covered patio.
Carpet, ceramic tile, concrete and hardwood flooring. Media room, laundry room with sink. Multiple fireplaces, wet bar, built in bookcases.
Main floor master suite has access to the rear porch, large walk in closet, double vanity, jetted tub, walk in tile shower.
Kitchen features stainless GE appliances, 5 burner gas cooktop, large pantry and breakfast area.
Downstairs is 2nd kitchen, media room, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and lots of closet/storage.
Really nice home only about 2 years old and in a great location with good water. Not surprising it went under contract quickly.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 1608 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 0.64 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $105,000 after being on the market for 99 days. Originally hit the market at $135,000.
Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the Mount Lebanon Elementary, Riverside Middle, Pendleton High school district per MLS listing.
Very convenient location close to I-85 and shopping but not on a busy road.
Home was built in 1976 and needs updating. Extremely dated interior and overpriced when it first hit the market.
Brick ranch with attached 2 car garage. Architectural shingle roof. Heat pump. Public water and septic tank. Fireplace in the living room. Kitchen with breakfast area, formal dining room, laundry room.
Master suite has walk in closet, double vanity and tub/shower combination.
I know many buyers could not get past the extremely dated interior. Many buyers want a home that is move in ready and updated, even if it means paying more.
But or someone that could see the potential, the great location and good price per SF, this was a bargain.
It was difficult to pick the best deal of the week this week because there were quite a few great homes sold at a great price. The key thing for all of these homes were they went under contract in a matter of days!
