It sold for $365,088 after being on the market for 2 days. Originally hit the market at $363,325.

Because the home is under construction, there is only a drawing of the front exterior of the home. That being said, some of the highlight include hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, granite and solid surface counter tops.
If the home is finished as described in the MLS, this will be a very nice home.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was 980 SF 2 bedroom 2 bath singlewide mobile home on 0.57 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $38,000 CASH after being on the market for 14 days. Originally hit the market at $44,500.
Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the Mt. Lebanon Elementary, Riverside Middle, Pendleton High school district per MLS listing.
I hesitated in selecting this home since it will be very hard ( if not impossible ) for most buyers to get financing. This is most likely why it sold for cash.
Aluminum siding and brick foundation. Composition shingle roof. Heat pump. Public water and septic tank.
Interior is in fantastic shape and move in ready. Carpet and laminate flooring. 24X30 metal shop building, 12X20 storage building.
Located very close to I-85 off Liberty Highway so it is close to everything yet sits on a dead end road.
So while financing is an issue for most buyers, those with cold hard cash could get a great home to downsize into. Or a starter home in a great location.
