Carpet and vinyl flooring with the listing stating there are hardwoods under the carpets. Formal living room, formal dining room, laundry room. Built in bookcases and fireplace.
Home may need some cosmetic updating but looks well maintained and move in ready. Good price for the size, location, condition.
