Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 1000 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath house on less than 0.25 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $11,000 CASH after being on the market for 34 days. Originally hit the market at $15,000.
Located in the 29625 Zip Code and the Whitehall Elementary, Robert Anderson Middle, Westside High school district per MLS listing.
Foreclosed mill home that is over 50 years old. Looks very rough and will need lots of work to make it safe/livable.
Aluminum and vinyl siding exterior. Composition shingle roof. No heat or air. Public water and sewer.
Despite selling for less than a new car, this is not what I would call a bargain home since it needs so much work. Also it is located in an area that many buyers will not find attractive.
