Single wide with brick foundation. 1999 model and needs work including the replacing HVAC and the carpet. Probably needs more but does not look like it needs a complete rehab.
Despite it needing work, this isn’t too bad a price for someone wanting a cheap home. It sold for cash and anyone looking at cheap homes MUST understand the difficulty in getting financing for a cheap single wide.
ALL serious buyers will have already talked to a lender about getting a mortgage and have a Pre-Approval Letter. Or they will be proud of the cold hard cash they have and be able to document it with a Proof of Funds letter.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 1700 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 1.6 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $299,250 after being on the market for 94 days. Originally hit the market at $315,000.

Master suite on main level. Carpet and laminate flooring. Open kitchen and dining area for entertaining. Stainless steel Whirlpool appliances installed in 2016. Great room with gas fireplace.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 2304 SF 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house on 1.16 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $161,990 after being on the market for 92 days. Originally hit the market at $161,990.

Brand new home still being built when it hit the MLS. Vinyl siding on slab construction. Attached 2 car garage. Heat pump. Composition shingle roof.

Upstairs are all the bedrooms including the owner’s suite with walk in closet.
If you have heard stories about how there is a shortage of inventory, this is a perfect example of how there are brand new affordable homes being built in Anderson County.
