Kitchen recently upgraded with granite counter tops. Living room has another fireplace. Spacious and light filled dining room.
Main level master suite has it’s own wing and features a walk in closet and double sink.
Craft room, workshop, central air, central vac and gas furnace.
Home appears well maintained but has terribly dated interior. The cost of removing the wall paper could have been recouped by selling faster and for more money.
A very nice home on acreage in a great location but the dated interior really hurt it. If a buyer could see past that, they could see the immense potential.

This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal of this week’s new listings in my opinion is a 1800 SF 3 bedroom 1 bath house on 2 acres in Williamston.
Hit the market at $79,900.
Located in the 29697 Zip Code and the Palmetto Elementary, Palmetto Middle, Palmetto High school district per MLS listing.
Brick with unfinished basement on big lot in great location.
Updated bathroom but the rest of the home looks like it did when it was built back in 1968.
Composition shingle roof. Carpet, hardwood and laminate floors. Gas pack heat and central forced AC. Fireplace.
I picked this home due to the big lot and the unfinished basement. Also it is convenient to either Anderson or Greenville. So while it needs to be updated, the price is right.
