It sold for $625,000 after being on the market for 164 days if we combine both of the consecutive listings with the same agent/company. Originally hit the market at $665,000.

It has a Greenville address but it IS in Anderson County and located in the 29611 Zip Code and the Powdersville Elementary, Powdersville Middle, Powdersville High school district per MLS listing.
2 story home built in 2002 and appears to be well maintained and move in ready. Vinyl siding exterior with a walkout finished basement and 2 car attached garage.
