Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 811 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath house on roughly 0.1 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $17,200 CASH after being on the market for 51 days. Originally hit the market at $20,000.

Foreclosure. Built in 2002 per tax records. Vinyl siding on crawl space. Composition shingle roof. Gas pack heat, central AC. Public water and sewer. No garage or carport. Front porch and fenced yard.
Needs work and looks nasty. Despite the county records saying it was built in 2002, it looks much older and appears to have been neglected/abused.

Custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, island, desk and wet bar. Some of the extras include handicap access, security and irrigation systems.
Master suite on main level has office or sitting area, huge walk-in closet, jetted tub, separate shower and double sinks.
Very nice looking home but it is up in a cove so it may lose water in a drought.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 1025 SF 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house on 0.37 acres in the city limits of Williamston.
It sold for $61,000 after being on the market for 10 days. Originally hit the market at $59,900. The seller paid $2830 of the buyer’s closing costs. This is probably why the home sold above the original list price but it is also possible there were multiple offers.
Located in the 29697 Zip Code and the Palmetto Elementary, Palmetto Middle, Palmetto High school district per MLS listing.
Brick on crawl space. No garage or carport. Electric forced air heat and central forced AC. Public sewer and water.
New architectural shingle roof in November 2016. New heat pump in 2015. Carpet and vinyl flooring. Master has half bath. Laundry room.
Appears in good shape and move in ready. Great price for the condition and size/features.
