Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 1025 SF 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house on 0.37 acres in the city limits of Williamston.
It sold for $61,000 after being on the market for 10 days. Originally hit the market at $59,900. The seller paid $2830 of the buyer’s closing costs. This is probably why the home sold above the original list price but it is also possible there were multiple offers.
