The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 3081 SF 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home on 4.17 acres in Piedmont. It sold for $315,000 after being on the market for 47 days. Originally listed at $349,900. The seller paid $4947 of the buyer’s closing costs.
Very nice home in the Wren school district. Wrap around porches. Master suite is on main level with walk in closet and jetted tub. Bonus room, formal dining, office/study. 2 car garage.
Sold Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1500 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 0.44 acres in Williamston. It sold for $85,000 after being on the market for 21 days. Originally listed at $87,000.
Foreclosure. In good shape and because the buyer used a VA loan, you REALLY know the home is in good shape. Heat pump, formal living and dining. 2 car garage plus a detached 1 car garage/shop. Fireplace with built in book shelves on each side. Some hardwood floors.
