Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 900 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath house on 0.37 acres in the city limits of Belton.
It sold for $6,000 CASH after being on the market for 5 days. Originally hit the market at $6,000.
Located in the 29627 Zip Code and the Belton Elementary, Belton Middle, Belton – Honea Path High school district per MLS listing.
Home is over 50 years old and look s rough. Brick and wood exterior with unfinished basement. Composition shingle roof that looks bad. No heat or air.
No garage but there is a 20X30 shop building that is also in rough shape. The interior of the home looks just as bad as the exterior.
Paying only $6,000 might make some people think they are getting a deal. But the pictures of the home do an excellent job of letting you know just how bad the home is.
And it is very bad. I would say you are buying a lot with a liability that needs to be removed ASAP.
