The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 4081 SF 5 bedroom 5.5 bath house on 0.57 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $1,003,000 and appears to have already been under contract when entered into the MLS.

Waterfront Hartwell Lake home that was still under construction. Very limited details and only 1 picture of the partially completed home.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 2105 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 0.78 acres in Williamston.
It sold for $132,500 after being on the market for 289 days. It took a long time to sell because it appears it was under contract for long time.
And then the first buyer could not obtain financing and it went back on the market.
Formal living room with gas log fireplace. Custom cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Large laundry room. Den with built ins. Bonus room. Walk in closet in owner’s suite.
1 car attached carport. Workshop with power. Large rear deck.
Incredible looking home in great condition for this price.
