Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 1500 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on roughly 0.57 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $25,501 CASH after being on the market for 21 days. Originally hit the market at $$23,900.
Located in the 29625 Zip Code and the Whitehall Elementary, Robert Anderson Middle, Westside High school district per MLS listing.
Sold above asking price so it appears there were multiple offers. And this is despite the fact that the home needs lots of work before it could be lived in!
No heat or air. No water heater. Composition shingle roof. Vinyl and carpet flooring. Public water and septic tank.
Block underpinned but the listing does not say if it is FHA approved.
The home is nasty, needs work and does not have HVAC, water heater or appliances. Also, one of the pictures shows a blue tarp on the roof so it must have a leak.
Best suited for an investor with the money and time to rehab the home.
