Incredible and impressive Hartwell Lake home with very good water. While it took 259 days to sell, this is due to the limited number of buyers looking to spend 7 figures for a home on Hartwell.

Fresh paint inside and out. Carpet, ceramic tile, laminate and vinyl floors. Opne living/dining combination. Master has walk in closet.

Brick home with walk out basement. I couldn’t find the exact age in either the tax records or the MLS but is over 50 years old. Don’t let that fool you as this home is in excellent shape and has been completely remodeled according to the listing.
Architectural shingle roof. Natural gas forced air heat and central forced AC. Front porch with mosiac flooring and screened porch. 1 car attached carport and detached 40X60 barn or out building. Public sewer and water.
Carpet, ceramic tile, hardwood and laminate flooring. Multiple fireplaces and built in book cases. Office/study, sun room, workshop, formal living room, formal dining room, laundry room.
Cherry entry door. Granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the eat in kitchen. Master suite on main level has fireplace and 2 closets ( 1 is a walk in closet ).
Huge home with charm, character, lots of updates and in move in condition. The big workshop/outbuilding is the cherry on top.
