2 different color shingles on the roof in one of the pictures and they are not even close to matching. If the owner did not care about getting the shingles to match, what other corners were cut when it came to maintaining the home?

It sold for $899,900 after being on the market for 346 days. Originally hit the market at $950,000.

It sold for $150,000 after being on the market for 30 days. Originally hit the market at $149,500. The seller paid $4500 of the buyer’s closing costs.

Over 50 years old but looks well maintained. There are some questionable paint choices but that is easily fixed.
