Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 1800 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 0.6 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $360,000 after being on the market for 283 days if we combine both of the consecutive listings with the same agent/company. Originally hit the market at $419,900.
Brand new and never lived in waterfront Hartwell Lake home. Covered dock in place. Up in a cove and a flat lot but the listing says the dock was floating even in drought conditions.
There is an additional 1800 SF of unfinished space in the walkout basement. 2 car detached carport. Hardie siding exterior. Propane gas heat and heat pump for cooling. Huge rear deck.
Carpet, ceramic tile and hardwood flooring. Granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances. Cathedral ceiling and fireplace in living room.
Nice home and being brand new is nice but I am not 100% sold on the water depth. When you are buying a lake home it is all about having good water!

The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 1971 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 0.51 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $137,500 after being on the market for 168 days. Originally hit the market at $137,500.
Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the Concord Elementary, McCants Middle, TL Hanna High school district per MLS listing.
Older brick home in desirable location. Architectural shingle roof. Natural gas heat and central AC. 2 car attached carport. Public sewer and water.
Private patio in the fenced backyard.
The interior is dated but appears to be well maintained. Carept, ceramic tile, hardwood, vinyl and laminate flooring.
Eat in kitchen, formal living room, living/dining room, laundry room. Large bonus room with built ins.
Despite the dated interior, this is a great deal for a home of this size in a highly desired location.
