The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 3641 SF 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house on 0.49 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $240,000 after being on the market for 24 days. Originally hit the market at $237,700.
Located in the Historic District and 101 years old. It looks updated and appears to be in excellent shape. The sellers recently spent $21,000 on the landscaping alone so the curb appeal is excellent as well.
