The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 4299 SF 3 bedroom 3 bath house on 34 acres in the Powdersville area.
It sold for $545,000 after being on the market for 807 days if we combine all of the consecutive listings with the same agent/company. Originally hit the market at $949,900.

Convenient to Anderson, Easley or Greenville. Home sits far off the road for great privacy.
While it took a long time to sell, this is due to the limited number of buyers looking for a 30 plus acre farm.
I was tempted to select this as the Sold Deal of the Week as it is a very nice home on 30 acres for a super price. But like I said, many buyers do not want 30 acres.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 3276 SF 5 bedroom 2 full bath 2 half bath house on 1 acre in Williamston.
It sold for $199,900 after being on the market for 24 days. Originally hit the market at $199,900. The seller paid $5000 of the buyer’s closing costs.

On a cul de sac and convenient to Anderson or Greenville because only minutes from I-85.

Carpet, ceramic tile and hardwood floors. Family room, dining room, half bath, laundry room and master suite on main level.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with large closets and a full bath. Downstairs in rec room, kitchenette, bedroom and half bath. The basement half bath already has plumbing in place to put in a shower.
Home is in great shape and this is a fantastic price given the size, location and quality of the home.
