The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 1261 SF 3 bedroom 1 bath house on 0.18 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $32,500 CASH after being on the market for 27 days. Originally hit the market at $37,900.

Mill house built in 1950 per county records. Aluminum and masonite siding on crawl space. Architectural shingle roof. Heat pump. Public water and sewer.
Don’t let the age or price fool as the roof was replaced in 2014, the HVAC in 2015 plus the subflooring and walls were redone and inspected by buildings and code.
New 40 gallon water heater and some new vinyl windows. Interior looks really good for the price.
The old saying that real estate is all about location is proven once again by this home. If it were located somewhere else, it would have sold for a much higher price.
