It sold for $96,000 after being on the market for 4 days. Originally hit the market at $103,500. The seller paid $3900 of the buyer’s closing costs.

The laundry was a 4th bedroom and could be easily turned back into a bedroom. I am not sure why some agents say a home is 4 bedrooms when it is actually only 3.
