It sold for $445,000 after being on the market for 60 days. Originally hit the market at $450,000.
Located in the 29627 Zip Code and the Cedar Grove Elementary, Palmetto Middle, Palmetto High school district per MLS listing.
Property sits at end of cul-de-sac and is close to I-85 so convenient to Anderson or Greenville. Home sits far back from the front property line and the rear property line is a creek.
