It sold for $89,900 after being on the market for 8 days. Originally hit the market at $89,900. The seller paid $3000 of the buyer’s closing costs.

Looks move in ready and well maintained but being sold AS-IS. The listing does not say why so that is a little bit concerning. But getting all the required inspections as well as a decent explanation as to why could clear that up quickly.
