Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 840 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath singlewide mobile home on 0.64 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $21,500 CASH after being on the market for 55 days. Originally hit the market at $25,000.
Located in the 29626 Zip Code and the Robert Anderson Elementary, McLees Middle, Westside High school district per MLS listing. Also close to the double bridges off Hwy 24.
1982 vintage singlewide. Looks good for what it is and for the asking price. Does not have block foundation. Metal roof. Heat pump. Public water and septic tank.
Several outbuildings and a 2 car detached carport. Fenced yard. Small covered front porch.
Laminate flooring. Most of the appliances and even some of the furniture passes with the sale.
Not a bad home for the price IF you are realistic about what a $21,500 36 year old singlewide actually is! And you must be realistic about the very limited mortgage options for a property such as this.
