Great Old North Anderson location close to everything with all the charm and character you expect from homes in this highly desired area.
Estate sale so no disclosure but looks to be in good shape and well maintained. Still, you always want a home inspection! The seller is including a home warranty but this is NOT a substitute for a professional home inspection.
Vinyl siding on crawl space. Composition shingle roof. Natural gas forced air heat, central forced AC.There is some type of carport or garage but sadly the listing agent didn’t fill out the details or take any pictures.
