This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal of this week’s new listings in my opinion is a 1250 +/- SF 3 bedroom 1 bath house on 0.31 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
Hit the market at $104,900
Located in the 29625 Zip Code and the Whitehall Elementary, Lakeside Middle, Westside school district per MLS listing. Highly desired and convenient Old North Anderson location.
The listing only lists a range for the size of the home and it is larger than tax records. This could be due the tax records not reflecting the upstairs OR the listing could be wrong.
The buyer must always confirm any and all information. If it is important to you, the YOU need to confirm it.
Vinyl siding on crawl space. Architectural shingle roof. Heat pump. Screened porch. Oversized 2 car detached garage. Large shade trees and flat yard.
Recently updated according to the listing description. I would remind you that how you define “recently” or “updated” may differ from someone else…
Carpet, laminate and vinyl flooring. Kitchen has breakfast area and bar. Fireplace in the living room.
Could be a great starter home or for someone looking to downsize. Awesome location and lots of charm.
