The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 940 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on 0.2 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $8,500 CASH after being on the market for 335 days. Originally hit the market at $12,325.
Located in the 29624 Zip Code and the Homeland Park Elementary, Robert Anderson Middle, Westside High school district per MLS listing.
Foreclosure. Needs lots of work. No heat or air. Public water and septic tank.
It will probably need more money spent on making it livable than the property is worth or will be worth after repair/rehab.
Located in an area that many buyers would not find attractive. Because of the location and the condition of the property, I would not touch this property at any price.
This is a perfect example of what you get when buying a property that costs less than a new car.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 4980 SF 6 bedroom 4.5 bath house on 0.31 acres in Townville.

Located in the 29689 Zip Code and the Townville Elementary, Riverside Middle, Pendleton High school district per MLS listing.
Waterfront Hartwell Lake home with double slip covered dock in place. Gentle slope to the dock and very good water as the property is sitting on a peninsula. Lakeside patio and covered porch.
Home was built in 1998 per MLS listing. Stone and vinyl siding exterior on crawl space construction. 2 car attached garage. Architectural shingle roof. Heat pump. Public water and septic tank.
2 main floor owner’s suites. One of the owner’s suite has heated floors, dual vanities and tiled walk in shower, jetted tub in the bathroom plus 2 walk in closets.

Upstairs is a family room, craft room, 4 bedrooms and 2 more full baths.
Extremely nice home with exceptional water and surrounded by other nice homes on a dead end road.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 2702 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 0.59 acres in the city limits of Belton.
It sold for $180,000 after being on the market for 79 days. Originally hit the market at $189,900.
Located in the 29627 Zip Code and the Belton Elementary, Belton Middle, Belton-Honea Path High school district per MLS listing.
Huge updated brick home and move in ready. Architectural shingle and metal roof. 1 car attached carport. Central gas/heat pump.
Fenced back yard with above ground pool and private patio. Mature landscaping and large shade trees.
Office, formal living room, formal dining room, large kitchen with sitting area, den, large laundry room.
Ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate and vinyl flooring. Built in bookcases and fireplace.
The only downside is the above ground pool for buyers that do not want a pool. However, you can remove the pool and use the existing flat surface to install a large patio using pavers to have a HUGE outdoor entertaining area.
