The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 2344 SF 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house on 0.72 acres in Pelzer.
It sold for $150,000 after being on the market for 9 days. Originally hit the market at $169,900. The seller paid $4200 of the buyer’s closing costs.
