Foreclosure in North Anderson. Appeared to be in decent shape so not sure why it took so long to sell. Super cute home with the charm you expect of North Anderson. It is at the edge of North Anderson and getting close to areas that many buyers turn their noses up at. Still not a bad price IF there aren’t any costly repairs or neglected maintenance issues.

Nice home in the Wren school district. Easley address but it is in Anderson County. Hardwood & ceramic tile floors. Vaulted and trey ceilings, columns, heavy moldings. Formal dining room, 2 story great room with stone fireplace.
Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2300 SF 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home on 0.75 acres in Anderson. It sold for $160,000 after being on the market for 20 days. Originally listed at $159,700.
Hard to find a 5 bedroom home at this price, especially in great shape like this home. The only drawback I see is the master bedroom is on the 2nd story. 2 car garage, storage building. Fireplace.

Foreclosure. Home does need some work as it was built in the 70’s and appears to never have been updated. There is also an in ground pool that is covered in one of the pictures that probably needs fixing or filling in. Still this is a BIG house in the Wren school district for the price.
