Finished walkout basement. The land is wooded and should help to give the home more privacy. Master on the main level, has a walk in closet and a jetted tub in the bath. Heat pump. Sun room and screened porch. 2 car attached garage. The home does need some updating and cosmetic work but still a good price considering the size of the home and lot.
