Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the New Prospect Elementary, McCants Middle, Westside High school district per MLS listing.
Pretty sure the schools are incorrect…
This is a foreclosure and this home is in rough shape. The pictures show holes in the walls, a kitchen that is missing all the appliances.

Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a brick 3048 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath house on 0.38 acre in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $142,500 after being on the market for 75 days. Originally hit the market at $152,500.
Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the Concord, McCants, Hanna school district per MLS listing.
Convenient location close to shopping. Big house for the money but does need updating.
Still a 3000 SF brick house for $142,500 in the Hanna school district is a good deal.

This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal of this week’s new listings in my opinion is a 4000+ SF 6 bedroom 5 bath house on 0.4 acres in Easley. It has Easley address but IS in Anderson County in the Powdersville area.
Hit the market at $295,000. Well actually it hit the market at $340,000 some 240 days ago and the agent appears to withdraw the listing every time they reduce the price.
Located in the 29642 Zip Code and the Powdersville Elementary, Powdersville Middle, Powdersville High school district per MLS listing.
Big home for the money and convenient to Anderson, Greenville or Easley. Home built in 2009 and appears to be in great shape. 3 car attached garage. 2 master suites on the main level and another master suite upstairs.
A big house on a small easy to care for lot in this area / school district for under $300,000 makes this a good deal.
22 homes were reported as going under contract (Pending) this week in Anderson County.
Currently there are 175 homes in the MLS with an Under Contract (Pending) status.
