In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week was a 2556 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 14 acres. It sold for $75,600 after being on the market for 64 days. Foreclosure and sold above list price. The listing said it needed TLC which is agent speak for it needs some serious work before you can live in it. Still this is a BIG house on 14 acres for only $75,600. Great deal.
