In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1469 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on 1 acre in Starr. It sold for $55,000 after being on the market for 212 days. Originally listed at $62,500.
Completely rehabbed with new everything and the foundation had been brought up to FHA standards. You could not tell the home was a mobile unless you went into the crawl space. Split floor plan.
