The listing description says this is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home but the bedroom and bathroom fields in the MLS both say “One”.
My experience has taught me to NEVER trust anything 100% in the MLS. I strongly suggest that you take the same attitude.
Large home but no pictures of the interior. Exterior looks OK but hard to say with 100% certainty as the pictures were obviously taken from inside of a car.
Why the agent did not get out of their car to take pictures of the property is anyone’s guess. I will let you draw your own conclusions.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 4101 SF 6 bedroom 3.5 bath house on 1.01 acres in Pendleton.
It sold for $358,900 after being on the market for 257 days. Originally hit the market at $379,825.

It sold for $100,000 after being on the market for 35 days. Originally hit the market at $114,900.

1 car attached carport and huge covered back deck. Heat pump. Architectural single roof. Public water and septic tank. Carpet and laminate floors.
