The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a brick 1997 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on almost 6 acres in Pendleton. It sold for $252,500 after being on the market for 139 days.
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week was a 1640 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on Lake Secession. It sold for $125,000 CASH after being on the market for 76 days. 5 acre lot, dock in place, detached garage. Great price for a lake home on this size lot.
