Waterfront Hartwell Lake home with dock in place. Incredible looking home but being sold AS-IS. Maybe to settle an estate?
Custom designed and built home with beautiful moldings, multiple fireplaces, 10 foot ceilings on main level and much more. Really a great price considering the location, features, size home and lot.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week was the most expensive home reported sold. Extremely rare to find a home this large on this much land on Hartwell Lake.
You could pay this much for a 5000 SF home on 22 acres OR you could pay this much for a 5000 SF home on Hartwell Lake.
Combine both of these and you can see why I selected this as the deal of the week…
Foreclosures and Short Sales
None of the homes reported sold this past week was a foreclosure.
None of the homes reported sold was a short sale.
Today there are 43 foreclosed homes for sale in Anderson County.

If homes in Anderson County continue to sell at the same pace and no more homes hit the market, it will take 624 days to sell all the available homes. This statistic is for all homes in Anderson County and based only on this week’s activity.
Depending on the home/location/price range, this may not tell you what is possible or realistic for a specific home! It could be better or worse!
