Foreclosure. No heat or air. Super cute older home located in North Anderson with all the charm you expect from homes in this area. One picture in the MLS shows something funky with what might be mold on the walls. Getting that checked out is a must BEFORE making an offer.

Very nice home in the Hanna, Glenview, Midway school district. Not sure why it took so long to sell other than the price range it is in does tend to sell slowly.
Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 3500 SF 3 bedroom 4 bath home on 8.13 acres in Starr. It sold for $80,000 after being on the market for 9 days. Originally listed for $90,000.
Foreclosure. Unusual home that did need work but that is pretty obvious because of the sold price. Still, this is a big home on over 8 acres at a great price.
The buyer was represented by the Buyers Agent that I refer all buyers to. I only work with sellers as a Listing Agent. A Buyers Agent works with buyers and is trying to get them the best home at the best price and terms. The Listing Agent works for the seller and is working to get the seller the best price and terms.
There is a BIG difference between a Listing Agent and a Buyers Agent.

Big house and lot for the money close to Hartwell Lake. While it might need some updating, it appears to be in good shape.
