This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal of this week’s new listings in my opinion is a 3500+/- SF 5 bedroom 3 bath house on 0.57 acres in Powdersville.
Hit the market at $218,500.
Located in the 29642 Zip Code. I am not sure about the schools as the ones entered by the agent are obviously wrong.
This is a foreclosure listing from a company that for some reason has many many errors in their listings.
I urge you to always confirm any and all information in a listing, even if it NOT a foreclosure.
The neighboring property sold earlier this year and it is in the Concrete Primary, Powdersville Middle and Powdersville High school district.
Tax records say it was built in 1998.
Vinyl siding on slab construction. Composition shingle roof. Forced air heat, central forced AC. Public water and septic tank. 2 car attached garage.
Some 9″ ceilings. Master on 2nd story. Carpet, hardwood and vinyl floors. Fireplace. Community pool.
The home does need some work and like I said earlier, you need to confirm everything. And as always, get an inspection.
Foreclosures sometimes sit for a long time. A house can get run down if left to sit.
All that being said, this appears to be a great price. Great location convenient to Anderson, Easley or Greenville.
