The least expensive house reported sold this week was a 802 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath house on 0.15 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $12,000 CASH after being on the market for 234 days. Originally hit the market at $16,000.
Located in the 29624 Zip Code and the New Prospect Elementary, Lakeside Middle, Westside Hish school district per MLS listing.
Home is over 50 years old and shows its age. No AC, baseboard heat. Roof looks iffy. Located in an area that many buyers will not be interested in. The bathroom looks pretty nasty.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 3967 SF 5 bedroom 4 bath house on 1.58 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $339,500 after being on the market for 67 days. Originally hit the market at $358,800.

Custom built brick home. Formal living, formal dining, den with stacked stone fireplace. Hardwood floors, crystal chandeliers, plantation shutters.
2 car attached garage. Located at end of cul-de-sac.
Home appears in good shape but was being sold AS-IS. Funny thing is the listing states the home is being “sold AS-IS to allow for your personal updates.”
Better than just saying “Sold AS-IS” but sounds like marketing double speak to me…

While not a super hot deal, it is simply the best deal of the homes reported sold this week. Appears to be well maintained and move in ready.
