Not a foreclosure but being sold “AS-IS, Where-Is”.
Looks really rough. No heat or air. Located in an area that some buyers may not find attractive.
Remember that if a home is super cheap, there is a good reason it is super cheap.
And just because a home is cheap does not mean it is a good deal.

This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal of this week’s new listings in my opinion is a 1092 SF 4 bedroom 2 bath house on 0.06 acres in the city limits of Williamston.
Hit the market at $59,200.
Located in the 29697 Zip Code and the Palmetto Elementary, Palmetto Middle, Palmetto High school district per MLS listing.
Foreclosure. Vinyl siding on slab construction. The siding needs pressure washing.
No garage or carport but there is a small outbuilding.
Interior needs work. No mention of heat or air so quite possible it is gone or not working.
And with 1092 square feet, the 4 bedrooms are going to be small.
Still, the price is right.

Currently there are 139 homes in the MLS with an Under Contract (Pending) status.
