Perfect example of what a cheap home truly is…

Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 2913 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath house on 0.95 acres in the city limits of Pendleton.
It sold for $109,900 after being on the market for 42 days. Originally hit the market at $119,900.
Located in the 29670 Zip Code and the Pendleton Elementary, Riverside Middle, Pendleton High school district per MLS listing.
Huge home for the money but it does need some work.
Also being sold AS-IS so I would recommend an inspection even more I normally do.
Appears to be an older home that has been expanded and updated. MLS says it is over 50 years old and tax records do not say how old it is.
Brick and vinyl exterior on crawl space construction. Composition shingle roof. Heat pump. Public water and sewer.
Carpet, ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate, parquet and vinyl floors. Bonus room, laundry room.
Master suite on 2nd story has walk in closet. Master bath has been updated with new raised countertops, dual sinks, mirrors, lights, shower/tub and tile floor.
My selecting this home as this week’s was based upon the size versus the sold price. As I said before, an acceptable inspection would be a must.
