Foreclosure. Home will need some work. Less than 10 years old. Located in an area that some people would not find attractive. Still not a bad price if you account for the condition and location.

Nice brick home in the Hanna school district. Keeping room, great room, formal dining room and media room. Lots of updates including paint, carpet, bath fixtures, light fixtures, granite counter tops and more.
Sold Deal of the Week

Great location in the Hanna school district. 2 car attached garage. Fenced backyard. Florida room. Den with stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. Home does appear to need some cosmetic updating. Still this is a great price.

This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal in my opinion of this week’s new listings is a 3 bedroom 3 bath house with over 2000 SF on 1.25 acres in Williamston. Hit the market at $144,900.
Located in the 29697 Zip Code and the Palmetto High, Palmetto Middle and Palmetto Elementary school district per MLS info.
Older home that is has been updated and expanded with a huge master suite. Master has 2 walk in closets and doorway leading to covered porch. Dining room. 3rd bedroom also has walk in closet. Architectural roof in 2011. New flooring in kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room installed in 2013.
The only drawback I see is there is no garage or carport. Certainly room for one with 1.25 acres.
35 homes were reported as going Under Contract (Pending) this week.
Currently there are 191 homes in the MLS with an Under Contract (Pending) status.
