It sold for $289,900 after being on the market for 17 days. Foreclosure, waterfront Hartwell Lake home. Double decker boat dock in place plus a concrete boat ramp. Water looked shallow and the dock was partially sitting on the ground but there is water. Not a bad price IMHO.
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2600 SF 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home on less than 0.99 acres in the city limits of Anderson. It sold for $153,299 after being on the market for 8 days. Foreclosure, Hanna schools, formal living and dining, fireplace, hardwood & ceramic tile floors. This is a freaking great deal.
