The least expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 1218 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on less than 0.25 acres in Anderson. It sold for $13,500 after being on the market for 166 days. Should not be a big surprise when I say this home needed work considering the price. But this is a great price since the home also has a 24X30 shop.
The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 3232 SF 5 bedroom 3 bath home on 0.52 acres in Anderson. It sold for $290,000 after being on the market for 133 days. Nice big home located in a golfing community within the Hanna school district.
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1750 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on 1.08 acres in Starr. It sold for $21,500 CASH after being on the market for 167 days. Brick underpinned. No interior pictures and should rent for $500 after rehab (if any was needed).

If homes in Anderson County continue to sell at the same pace and no more homes hit the market, it would take over 15 months to sell every available home. Way too high!

The best deal in my opinion of this week’s new listings in Anderson County is a brick 1379 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath home on 0.47 acres in Anderson Hit the market at $48,000. Foreclosure so get those Pre-Approval Letters or Proof of Funds Letters ready. Does need updating but looks good for the price. After the normal rehab, should rent for $650.
