The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 1642 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on about 0.5 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $106,000 after being on the market for 166 days. Originally hit the market at $125,000.
Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the Calhoun, McCants, Hanna school district per MLS listing.
Great location in established area of single family homes. 2 car attached garage. Screened porch. Living/dining combination. Master has walk in closet. Natural gas forced air heat, central forced AC.
Combination of the location, schools and $/SF makes this the best sold listing this week in my opinion.

Still, I picked this as the best of the new listings because of the price versus what I see in the pictures and what I found in the tax records. And the location/schools help too!
