Foreclosure and listing states HVAC has been removed. Not sure if they mean stolen or it was removed to keep it from being stolen.
Back door and at least 1 window boarded up. In 1 of the pictures you can see the ceiling above one of the bath tubs has fallen in. Also a large hole in the wall of another picture.
The home is located in a neighborhood that has had lots of foreclosures. Remember that foreclosures have a negative effect on the values of homes close by.
With that being said, the home did sell for higher than the original list price. Appears there were multiple offers.

The most expensive home reported sold this week was a 2804 SF 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house on 1.32 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $235,000 after being on the market for 81 days. Originally hit the market at $238,900.

Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a brick 2871 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath house on roughly 0.5 acres in the city limits of Anderson.
It sold for $165,750 after being on the market for 173 days. Originally hit the market at $197,500.
Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the Concord, McCants, Hanna school district per MLS listing.
2 car attached carport. Trane gas pack in 2012, gas water heater in 2014. In ground pool. Sun room. Formal living, formal dining, den with built ins and fireplace. 2 master suites, one has a walk in closet. Some hardwood floors.
Being sold to settle an estate but appears well maintained. There is some dated wall paper but that is nothing when you look at the total package. Big house for the money in location and school district that many buyers will love. Plus a pool if that is something you want!
