In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1842 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 1 acre in Belton. It sold for $97,000 after being on the market for 68 days. Originally listed at $142,000.
Foreclosure and was going to need appliances and the carpet replaced at the least. Still not a bad price for the SF.
