In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2800 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath home on less than 0.99 acres in the city limits of Pendleton. It sold for $63,000 CASH after being on the market for 76 days. Originally listed at $125,000. Short sale and it appears it may have been sold at auction. Big house for the price. Probably needed some work/updating based on the few pictures that were in the MLS.
