It sold for $290,000 after being on the market for 179 days. Originally hit the market at $319,900.

Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a brick 2500 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on about 1.25 acres in Anderson.
It sold for $125,000 after being on the market for 51 days. Originally hit the market at $144,900.
Located in the 29684 Zip Code and the Starr Elementary, Starr-Iva Middle, Crescent High school district per MLS listing.
Anderson address but I would say it is actually located in Starr. Home looks to be in good shape but does need cosmetic updating. 1 car attached carport. Big flat yard.
Hardwood, carpet and ceramic tile floors. Central forced air and a mixture of baseboard/forced air heat. You will often see homes that have had central HVAC installed and the old baseboard heaters have been left in place.
Big house and lot for the price despite the dated interior.
