The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 2905 SF brick 4 bedroom 2 full bath 2 half bath home on 0.56 acres in Easley (Powdersville). It sold for $280,000 after being on the market for 29 days. Originally listed at $289,900. The seller paid $6000 of the buyer’s closing costs.

Sold Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a brick 2612 SF 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home on 1.03 acres in Anderson. It sold for $110,000 after being on the market for 39 days. Originally listed at $110,000.
Not a foreclosure but sold AS-IS. Home needed updating but still a great price. Heat pump. Hanna school district.
