In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a brick 1841 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on less than 0.49 acres in Anderson. It sold for $69,900 CASH after being on the market for 91 days. Originally listed at $87,000.
Foreclosure. Home need some work. Especially the roof because it is missing a few shingles. On the inside there is one room with green carpet and green walls. Different strokes for different folks but this would be high on my list of things to change.

Hanna, McCants, Concord schools. No garage because they converted it into a bonus room. Still a great price per SF and wonderful location in a school district that is popular with some buyers.
